Two or more windows installed horizontally in a row, or two or more windows in a single frame divided by mullions are called mullioned windows. A pair of adjacent windows are double mullioned windows, while three in a row are triple mullioned windows. In Japan, double-mullioned windows are also called rensō-mado or meoto-mado.
