Stained glass

A decorative window made from pieces of colored glass arranged in patterns or images. These glass pieces are designed to allow light to pass through, creating vibrant colors and intricate designs. Stained glass originated in ancient Rome and Egypt and became prominent in medieval European churches. This term also refers to any glasswork created using this technique.
